I am a Nutrition Scientist and Performance Nutritionist specializing in all sports nutrition relevant topics in endurance, team, and mountain sports.
My diverse background in sports business, coaching, and competing as an athlete in fieldhockey and ultra-distance trailrunning has fueled my deep interest in sports and exercise science and shaped my educational path in sports nutrition.
I believe true performance can only be achieved when body and mind work in harmony. As a result, one of my key focuses has become protecting the athletes‘ overall health and well-being, while also enabling them to perform at their highest levels. Think of it as tuning a high-performance engine – we want it running at top speed, but also lasting the distance!
